How do I know who signed up for my spots?
Once a SignUp has been publicized you will want to keep track of who signed up to make sure that your spots are filled. This article details a variety of ways to check on the status of your spots.
1. From the SignUp
One easy way to check on the status of spots is to view the SignUp itself. Although you cannot see specifically who signed up for the spots on most SignUps, you will be able to see which spots are filled and which need a little more promotion. In the image below those marked "full" have all the spots filled and any spots marked with "SIGN UP" need a few more volunteers.

2. From the administrator's login
2.1. Login to SignUp.com with your room###@cardinalcharter.org or PTC committee email address
2.2. Navigate to the SignUp where you want to check on the status of the spots.
2.3. Select "Manage>Spots"

2.4. Expand the date of the Spots that you are looking for.
2.5. You will see see the names of those who have signed up under each spot.

3. From a report
3.1. Navigate to the SignUp where you want to check on the status of the spots.
3.2. Select "Manage>Who's Coming/Reports"

3.3. Choose the "Who's Coming?" report.

3.4. Select the timeframe you want to run the report on.

3.5. You may also want to check the box to "Include Comments"
3.6. Click "View & Print" to generate the report.
3.7. The report will list the spots and those who have signed up for them
